2. Important activities and events of HUBEX

The weather: The subtropical high strengthened slightly and the shear line move northward. As a result, there was a widespread precipitation along the southern band of Changjiang and slight rainfall between Changjiang and Huaihe Basin. The rainfall amounts are from medium to heavy. There were some thunderstorms along the Changjiang River.
