2. Important activities and events of HUBEX

1) The weather situation: The suntropical high intensity strengthened. The rainfall band mainly located at Huaihe River Basin and upper and middle reaches of the Changjiang River Basin. There are widespread precipitation and severe thunderstorms within Huaihe River Basin.

2) Forecasting: In the future 24 to 48 hours, there will be showers and thunderstorms for regions along north part of the Changjiang River Basin. There will be Thunderstorm and heavy thangtze wideProfessors Kikuchi, Fujiyoshi and Kato joind the weather forecasting meeting this morning and visited the HUBEX Headquarter. Professor Kato will stay and work at the Headquarter for one week.
